We find a factory and order a sample. You receive a physical prototype to check.

Your own product is a real investment, and you are placing production with someone on the other side of the world. So we secure every stage where your money could disappear. Before anything goes into production, you get a physical prototype to check.
Every batch is inspected at the factory before it ships, so faulty goods never leave in the first place. And if the shipment doesn’t reach Poland, we refund 100% of your money. At the end you get a Polish VAT invoice at 23%, so you account for it exactly like any domestic purchase. We take the shipping and quality risk on ourselves.

What does a prototype cost?
The cost depends on the product — usually PLN 200–2,000. Some factories make the first prototype free of charge when you commit to production. We give an exact figure once the specification is set.
How long does the whole process take, from idea to finished product?
Typically 8–16 weeks. Prototype 2–4 weeks, production 4–8 weeks, sea freight 4–6 weeks (air 2–3 weeks).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product and the factory. For simple products it’s often 500–1,000 units. For more complex ones, from 200 units. We confirm the exact MOQ once the product is chosen.
Can I order samples before production?
Yes. We always recommend ordering samples. You can test them, show them to customers, and only then commit to full production.
What if I’m not happy with the prototype?
We revise it. Most factories include 2–3 rounds of revisions in the price. We don’t go to production until you approve the final version.
Do you help with packaging design and logos?
Yes. We have a designer who prepares packaging, labels and instruction artwork. You can also supply your own files — then we simply adapt them for print.
