PROCESS
From order
to delivery
The whole process takes 8–12 weeks for sea freight. You do your job, we do ours. No surprises, no disappearing for a month.

PICK A PRODUCT
You browse a catalogue with open prices. You see the unit price, the minimum order and the lead time, and pick what suits you. If you can’t find it, we’ll source the product to order.

PLACE YOUR ORDER
You confirm the order and pay a deposit (30–50%). We issue a Polish proforma invoice, verify the supplier and confirm the lead time. You wait — we get to work.

PRODUCTION AND INSPECTION
The factory produces, we inspect. Before shipping we run a quality inspection on 10% of the batch. You get a report with photos. If something is wrong, we raise it before the goods leave China.

DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
We handle sea or air freight, customs clearance, duty and VAT. The goods arrive at your warehouse with a Polish VAT invoice at 23%. You don’t need to go to the port or the customs office.

Supplier verification
We vet the factory before you place an order. Licences, certificates, export history. You’re not buying blind.
Quality inspection
Before shipping we inspect 10% of the batch. You get a report with photos and test results. If something isn’t right, we raise it on the spot in China.
Shipping and logistics
Sea, air or rail — we pick the best option. We arrange loading, shipment tracking and cargo insurance.
Customs clearance
EORI, SAD, BDO, CE certificates — we handle all the paperwork. You don’t need to know what any of it means. The goods clear customs without your involvement.
Polish VAT invoice
You get a Polish VAT invoice at 23%. You reclaim VAT just as with any Polish supplier. No foreign transfers, no accounting complications.
Cargo insurance
The cargo is insured for its full value. If something happens in transit, the claim covers the loss. You’re not risking your own money.
GUARANTEE
If the goods don’t arrive, we refund 100% of your money.
We take the delivery risk on ourselves. If something goes wrong — You lose nothing.

Do I need an EORI, or to know what BDO is?
No. We handle all the import paperwork. You don’t need to register anywhere or know any customs procedures — the goods clear customs without your involvement.
How long does an import take, from order to delivery?
Sea freight: 8–12 weeks. Air freight: 2–3 weeks. Production time depends on the product — usually 2–4 weeks. In total 4–7 weeks (air) or 10–16 weeks (sea).
What do I have to do on my side?
Choose a product, confirm the order and give us a delivery address. We do the rest. You never have to contact the factory, the carrier or the customs office.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on weight, volume and shipping method. Sea: from PLN 3,000–5,000 for part of a container. Air: more expensive but faster. We give an exact quote before you confirm the order.
Can I order a small trial batch?
Yes. The minimum order depends on the product — often 100–500 units. For some categories we offer trial batches of 50–100 units. Ask about a specific product.
