OUR STORY
Why Kadita did it start?
We saw how import companies in Poland operate: hidden prices, a contact form instead of a price list, zero guarantees. A small business wanting to import 100 units had to send emails, wait for days, and accept prices imposed without negotiation.
We were on the other side ourselves. We know what it is like to chase a price nobody wants to state plainly, and to wire money to China hoping the goods turn up at all. The smaller the company, the less anyone cares whether you get a fair price or whether anyone takes responsibility when something goes wrong.
Are we a large company with a 20-year history? No. But we are a company that treats you fairly from the very first contact: we show prices before you even ask, and we carry the delivery risk ourselves. And that matters more than a round anniversary on paper.
