\n \n What does importing cost? How much do I need to start?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

The minimum order is PLN 5,000 net (part of a container). That’s roughly 50\u2013200 units depending on the category. We’ll give you an exact quote on the call.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n How long does delivery from China take?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

Sea freight: 8\u201312 weeks. Air: 2\u20133 weeks. Plus production time: 2\u20134 weeks. In total, from order to delivery: 10\u201316 weeks (sea) or 4\u20137 weeks (air).<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n Do I need a registered business?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

Yes \u2014 we work with businesses only (B2B). You need a registered business with a VAT ID. If you don’t have one yet, we can advise what to do to get started.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n What is EORI and do I need one?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

EORI is an importer identification number in the EU. You don’t need one \u2014 we handle the whole customs clearance for you. We import the goods in our own name and sell them to you with a Polish VAT invoice.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n What if the goods are poor quality?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

We run a quality inspection before shipping \u2014 we check 10% of the batch. You get a report with photos. If something is wrong, the factory fixes it at its own cost. We guarantee a 100% refund if the goods don’t arrive.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n Can I order a sample?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

Yes. We send samples by courier from China \u2014 usually PLN 50\u2013500 plus shipping. For OEM products, a prototype costs PLN 200\u20132,000.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n How does payment work?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

A 30\u201350% deposit when you order, the balance after quality inspection and before shipping. Transfer in PLN to a Polish account. A Polish proforma invoice first, then VAT at 23%.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n Can you source any product from China?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

Almost anything. We don’t import food, medicines, weapons or products that infringe patents. Otherwise \u2014 if it’s made in China, we’ll find the factory.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n What about duty and import VAT?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

We handle the entire customs procedure. Duty and import VAT are included in the price on the invoice. You pay a single amount in PLN \u2014 no surprises.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

\n \n Is this legal? Will I have trouble with the authorities?<\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/summary>\n

Yes, it’s 100% legal. Importing goods from China is ordinary international trade.
